Lullaby First Moments
Included:
-Pre delivery visit
-A visit 1-2 days after hospital discharge
-Access to one-on-one communication with Katie for 10 days after delivery
-Any additional visits ie., weight or jaundice checks included
-Smooth transition to first visit with the pediatric provider of your choice
Lullaby Add-On Options
Offering in home consultation services for common concerns from birth to 12 months of age
Options:
-Sleep Training
-Feeding (transitioning to solids or breastfeeding wean)
-Home Safety
-Development
Visits include a phone follow up visit 1-2 weeks after consultation and one-on-one communication with Katie for 2 weeks
Lullaby Grow with Me
Included:
All Lullaby First Moments Included plus:
-A visit at 1 week of age
-Access to one-on-one communication with Katie for 20 days
-Add on visit before age 12 months (information will be provided at your first visit)
Lullaby Experienced Parent
Option 1:
-A visit 1-2 days after hospital discharge
-Access to one-on-one communication with Katie for 10 days

-All of Option 1 included plus:
